* Note about the O'Donnell Fellowship: Clara O'Donnell studied for her MPhil in International Relations at POLIS, where she wrote on EU-Ukrainian Relations. She was a researcher at the Centre for European Reform. She died tragically young in December 2013 and the O'Donnell Fellowship was established in her memory. Fellows are based at CER with visits to POLIS and to the US envisaged as part of their Fellowship.
