Department of Politics and International Studies

Dafydd Wigley [Lord Wigley], former leader of Plaid Cymru will speak on “Wales, the UK and the EU”

Following two excellent first meetings, we would like to remind you about the new British Politics seminar series. Leading political figures will give their off-the-record insights into life in British politics. The seminars, which are co-organised by the Department of Politics and International Studies and Robinson College, will run throughout Lent Term 2017 and the intention is that they should become an annual fixture.

The next seminars are:

Friday 3rd February

Dafydd Wigley [Lord Wigley], former leader of Plaid Cymru will speak on “Wales, the UK and the EU”

Friday 10th February

Lynne Featherstone [Baroness Featherstone], Lib Dem spokesperson on Climate Change will speak on her experiences in Coalition Government.

Details of seminars after the Division of Term will be released later.

All the seminars will be held on Fridays at 5pm in the Linnett Room, Robinson College.
